01 | INTRODUCTORY MEETING OR CALL
At this stage, through a phone call, video call, or over a coffee, we begin to truly get to know each other. This is the moment when you tell me about yourselves, your wedding, your tastes, and your first ideas.
Here I gather the essential information to understand your wishes and the available budget, so we can start shaping the graphic project together.
02 | MATERIAL SELECTION
Once the style has been defined, I will present you with a selection of materials tailored to you: different types of paper (smooth, textured, cotton, plantable…), various envelope styles, ribbons, personalized and non-personalized seals, and many other options. This is the moment when ideas begin to take tangible form.
03 | PERSONALIZED QUOTE
We’ve reached the stage where I will provide you with a detailed quote: a comprehensive document that includes the costs of the custom graphic design, printing on the selected materials, the required quantities, and every element to be created. This ensures you have a clear and transparent overview of the entire project.
04 | CUSTOM PROPOSAL
We now move on to the graphic design phase: all the selected materials are laid out and the first complete draft is created. Once ready, we carry out a print proof that you can review to confirm every detail. If we are working remotely, we can send you a sample kit so you can better evaluate materials and quality (available upon prior request).
05 | CONFIRMATION AND PRINTING
At this stage, the client confirms the graphic design, texts, and any final revisions. Once everything is approved, the materials are sent to print, ready to take their final form.
06 | DELIVERY
According to the timelines required for the chosen production process, the product is completed and finalized. Once ready, it is delivered and/or shipped directly to the client. We ship throughout Italy and abroad!
